How it works
Four steps, from your first message to the day of the ride.
1. You write to us
Choose the route, the date, the time, the number of passengers and suitcases, and a level. The site prepares a WhatsApp message that you read before sending. If you arrive by plane, add your flight number.
2. The team sends a quote
The concierge team of Marrakech Private Collection reads your request and replies in the same conversation with a quote for the level you chose.
3. You confirm
If the quote suits you, say so in the conversation. The team then arranges the driver for your date.
4. On the day
At the airport, a sign with your name on it tells you who your driver is. You pay the driver directly, as agreed in the quote.
What the site does not do
The site takes no payment, has no form and keeps nothing you choose. It is not a travel agency: it puts you in touch with the team, which arranges the transfer with a partner driver.
Questions
How much does a transfer cost?
We do not publish prices. A transfer depends on the route, the date, the number of passengers and the level you ask for, so each request gets its own quote.
Where in Morocco can you arrange a transfer?
A driver or a partner is available in each of these areas: Marrakech, Casablanca and Rabat, Fes and Meknes, Tangier and Chefchaouen, Agadir and Essaouira. From there, a transfer can also take you further, to Ouarzazate or Merzouga for example.
Which vehicle will I get?
When you ask, choose a level: Economy, Standard or VIP. The team tells you which vehicle is available at that level for your date.
Can I ask for a day trip or a group transfer?
Beyond transfers, you can ask for a day trip from Marrakech to the Ourika Valley, Imlil, the Ouzoud Falls, Ait Ben Haddou, Essaouira or Casablanca, there and back the same day. For groups, our transport partner has vehicles for up to 17 passengers.
Who drives, and who do I pay?
The ride is carried out by a partner driver, who you pay directly. At the airport, the driver meets you with a sign bearing your name. The site itself takes no payment.
